From the first 4-H show pig exhibitor to the largest commercial pork operation, Oklahoma's pork industry is connected by people, shared experiences, and a commitment to the future.
The “One Pork” Cohort is a new opportunity for a select group of individuals to experience Oklahoma pork from across the industry. Through four immersive, in-person experiences from fall 2026 through the 2027 Oklahoma Pork Congress, participants will learn, connect, and become champions for the idea that there is “One Pork” industry in Oklahoma.
Cohort members will:
Explore the show pig and commercial sides of Oklahoma pork.
Experience the people, businesses, and organizations that make up our industry.
Build relationships across the pork community.
Gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Oklahoma pork.
Become One Pork champions in their communities.
You don't have to be a commercial producer or come from a pork family. We're looking for people who are curious, engaged, willing to learn, and passionate about agriculture.
See more. Learn more. Connect more. Become “One Pork.”
